Mr Benjamin Koe

Mr Benjamin Koe is a consultant with the technology practice in Hill & Knowlton. He is also a specialist in interactive technologies and new media.

Mr Koe was previously technology editor at CMPnetAsia and TechPlanet Asia with PriMetrica Inc. where he focused on enterprise server and storage as well as virtualisation technologies. He built the interactive TechPlanet Asia editorial platform on Web 2.0 technologies­ - a first of its kind regional blog series, recognised by Google as a credible news source (cited on Google News).

As project editor at PriMetrica, he led on editorial direction and the launch of Intel's Xeon and Itanium series of server processors.

Mr Koe's other work experiences were with Xynergy, where he developed marketing and communication materials for leading technology brands such as EMC, FujiXerox, and Microsoft.

Before joining Xynergy, he was a sub-editor with CMP Business Media for its regional enterprise IT publications such as Asia Computer Weekly, Network Computing Asia, Teledotcom, and Intelligent Enterprise Asia.

Mr Koe is the co-founder and developer of Scoopasia.com, a regional media resource site based on Web 2.0 technologies. Scoopasia.com is a powerful tool for PR practitioners, event organisers, and headhunters for the media community.

Mr Koe has a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) from the University of Queensland .
